We are so very grateful to you, our wonderful customers.

Firstly, due to new CFIA (Canadian Food Inspection Agency) rules regarding the importation of animal ingredients in pet supplements, we are not able to import and retail the following products.

Once current stock is gone these items are discontinued:

For now we have the other DogZymes supplements (not containing animal ingredients) in stock and will continue to import as long as the USA/Canada Tariff challenges remain stable. We will keep in touch if there are any new developments.

Stock will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis until all are sold.

Due to the limited inventory there will be NO HOLDS. Please arrange pick-up within one week of purchase or delivery preference selected at checkout for your order
to be completed.

We are so grateful for all our amazing customers for their continued support of The Hollow.

We are closing our storefront effective April 30. 2025.

Because we will no longer be able to retail our best selling products it will be difficult to offer the variety our deserving customers require. We need to downsize to remain stable to offer you the products we are able to provide.

After April 30 we will be closed until Monday, May 5 to move our remaining stock to a new location where we will resume shipping to our Canadian customers.

We are working on a local pick-up spot and will advise as soon as we make arrangements.

To help make the transition smooth we will be open all Saturdays in April from 10:00am to 3:00pm for local shopping. Please come by - we would love to see you!

Shipping With Copper Hollow? Some Handy Tips!

If you have any urgency in receiving your orders (for litters, puppies, or ill dogs) please choose Canada Post Xpress Post, FedEx, UPS Couriers for your shipping needs on online orders. A few dollars more puts priority on your parcel.

We have now integrated FedEx and UPS services into our online web store. Ground service is picked up next business day and Express service cut off for same day pick up is 2:00 pm Edmonton (Mountain) time.

We cannot express how much we want our wonderful customers to receive their orders in a timely fashion but we have no control once the parcels leave the shop. We pride ourselves on shipping same day or next day if orders come in after daily pick up. Please help us to help you have the best outcomes possible. Thank You!
