Shipping Information
Shipping With Copper Hollow? Some Handy Tips!
If you have any urgency in receiving your orders (for litters, puppies, or ill dogs) please choose Canada Post Xpress Post, Fed Ex Express, or UPS Express couriers for your shipping needs on online orders. These options are via air service where possible.
A few dollars more puts priority on your parcel, bypassing the Expedited (Ground) Service which is slower as the parcels travel via truck.
We have now integrated FedEx & UPS services into our online web store.
Fed Ex Ground service is picked up next morning (9:30 am Mountain at our store opening time) If your order comes in after hours previous day, we are not able to guarantee your order will be packed and ready for that early pick up time but we will always try our best. Your order will be processed for the following business day pick up.
Fed Ex Express & UPS Express service cut off for same day pick up is 2:00 pm Edmonton (Mountain) time.
We cannot express how much we want our wonderful customers to receive their orders in a timely fashion but we have no control once the parcels leave the shop. We pride ourselves on shipping same day or next day if orders come in after daily pick up. Please help us to help you have the best outcomes possible. Thank You!
