Update on K9 Power Supply in Canada:
Many of our customers have noticed we are terribly low or out of our stock. K9 Power is working very diligently to have our USDA Permits renewed for their new facility in New Jersey. Our CFIA requires this permit as the products contain animal ingredients.(Chicken, Pork)
Please know as soon as we have new stock (including all the new amazing formulas and packaging!) we will advise here and on our Facebook and Instagram pages.
Please check our individual retailer's websites as there is likely still some product sprinkled through Canada.

Shipping With Copper Hollow? Some Handy Tips!

If you have any urgency in receiving your orders (for litters, puppies, or ill dogs) please choose Canada Post Xpress Post or Fed Ex Courier for your shipping needs on online orders. A few dollars more puts priority on your parcel.

We have now integrated FedEx services into our online web store. Ground service is picked up early morning next day and Express service cut off for same day pick up is 2:00 pm Edmonton (Mountain) time.

We cannot express how much we want our wonderful customers to receive their orders in a timely fashion but we have no control once the parcels leave the shop. We pride ourselves on shipping same day or next day if orders come in after daily pick up. Please help us to help you have the best outcomes possible. Thank You!
